Special note about this set: I think there’s a few issues with regards to its inclusion in the 1993 AM line-up.
In 1993, GI Joe sets released a year ealier in the US were rebadged and sold as Action Man in other regions including EU and UK. There is plenty of photographic evidence for the other 6 accessory packs released in 1993:
Through my personal research I haven’t been able to find any photographic proof whatsoever that this was ever released as AM, only with GI Joe written over it. This is confusing, as it features in the advertising material and the back of every 1993 accessory pack. It also makes this the 7th pack in the 1993 line-up – which is a bit peculiar, as it makes for an odd number of releases.
